ConsultCloud – AI Use Policy

This AI Use Policy ("Policy") explains how ConsultCloud's AI-powered features must be used and the limitations of those features. Use of AI features indicates acceptance of this Policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of AI Output

ConsultCloud may generate automated content such as text, recommendations, summaries, or code. AI-generated output:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading
• Should not be relied on without human review
• Does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice

You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before using or sharing AI-generated output.

2. Responsibility for Use

You are responsible for:

• Decisions made based on AI-generated output
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Avoiding use of AI-generated content in harmful, illegal, or deceptive ways

ConsultCloud is not responsible for how AI-generated content is used.

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

AI-generated content may not be unique and may resemble publicly available information. ConsultCloud makes no guarantee that generated content is copyright-free.

If you publish or commercialize AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring no third-party intellectual property rights are violated.

4. Fair Use and System Costs

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or excessive prompts to overload AI features
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage controls

If your usage drives extraordinary third-party processing costs, ConsultCloud may:

• Limit or throttle AI access
• Require an upgraded plan
• Apply reasonable additional fees with notice

5. AI Safety and Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI features to generate or promote:

• Illegal content
• Misinformation or fraud
• Harmful or abusive content
• Malware or attempts to compromise security

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

6. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConsultCloud assumes no liability for:

• Errors or omissions in AI-generated output
• Losses or damages arising from use or reliance on AI-generated content
• Third-party claims related to publishing or use of AI-generated output
